Human-oriented high-dencity townhouse development on the outskirts of dirty industrial city. We used obstacle - 110 kV power line disseting the plot - as a public park, cutting development into 5 smaller quarters and sewing it together, to achieve human scale, 9 types of house silouhette and 5 different patterns of street grids to arrange intuitive navigation.

Our approach to Park quarters presupposes, that basic human needs such as navigation in the neoghborhood have to be intuitive and even subconscious for user. This quality of envirinment is neturally achieved in historic urban fabric, while it has to be precisely designed for new-built ones. For that reason we both use 5 fundamentally different steet grids for 5 qurters, and 9 silouhettes of townhouses in various combinations to grant uniqueness of any point and route there.

Different clay bodies also differ in the way in which they respond when fired in the kiln. A clay body can be decorated before or after firing. Prior to some shaping processes, clay must be prepared.

Each of these different clays is composed different types and amounts of minerals that determine the characteristics of resulting pottery. There can
be regional variations in the properties of raw materials used for the production of pottery, and these can lead to wares that are unique in locality

This 5-houses block became the turnpint for the best among largest Belarusian residential developers. By complex elaboration of master-plan, landscape, architecture and public interiors in a strict frame of industrialised post-soviet development, we've made step beyond in the field of affordable housing, and I hope this step helped A100 to guide it's future.
Neglecting our architectural tendency to puriness, in this project we cosciousnessly took postmodernist approach, wich was necessary to overcome rotten remains of impoverished modernism wich was reigning at housing this year.

To overcome paleness of soviet palette and kitch of post-soviet, we also implemented dark grey color, which beacme the key trend in high-quality Belarusian architecture for next 10 years.
