1999 GAME BEGINS IN THE POST-SOVIET (DEGRADED SOVIET) POLITECHNICAL UNIVERCITY. ARCHITECTURAL FACULTY. I REALISED THAT THERE'S NO WAY TO STUDY ACTUAL ARCHITECTURE THERE - AND I'VE STARTED CREATING MY OWN PARALLEL FACULTY: COMMUNITY, CREATIVE AND EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

HISTORICALLY, CREATIVE PERSON CAN WORK AND SUCCEED ALONE, BUT TODAY COMPLEX IMPACT OF CREATIVE COMMUNITY IS STATISTICALLY MUCH MORE VALUEBLE, WHILE, ON THE OTHER HAND, CREATIVE PERSON LIVES MUCH MORE SATISFYING LIFE IN COMMUNITY THAN ALONE; ALSO, OPEN, INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY, SUPPPRTED BY IT'S OWN SPACE, IS IN IDEAL UNIVERCITY, LABORATORY AND TESTING GROUND FOR ANY INNOVATION; THAT'S WHY SINCE 2004 TO 2013 I WAS PUSHING MINSK TOWARDS OPENING OF THE FIRST OPEN, INCLUSIVE CREATIVE SPACE/PLATFORM

WE"VE BUILD ALTERNATIVE FLOATING "RIVERBANK" ON DANUBE RIVER, WHICH IS TOTALLY ISOLATED BY 4-LINES AUTOBAHN FROM THE CITY ITSELF, TO RAISE AWARENESS AND PROTOTYPE REAL APPROACH TO RE-TAKE RIVER BY URBAN COMMUNITY; NOW DANUBE IS SURROUNDED BY SYSTEMS OF NEW-BUILT FLOATING RIVERBANKS

I RETURNED TO MANAGEMENT OF MY ARCHITECTURAL STUDIO SCALING PROJECTS AND NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES TO DEVELOP BETTER MANAGEMENT SKILLS

2017 I WAS INVITED TO CONCEPTUALISE, DESIGN, MANAGE AND RUN HUGE AMBITIOUS AND FANTASTIC PROJECT. OK16 WAS THE PRECISE INTERSECTION OF MY SOCIO-CULTURAL RESEARCH TOWARDS LESS HIERARCHICAL, MORE INCLUSIVE, DIVERSE, CREATIVE AND, THEREFORE, SUSTAINABLE SOCIETY, WITH MY ARCHITECTURAL EXPLORATION TOWARDS "LAYERED" APPROACH TO THE PRODUCTION OF HABITABLE SPACE, WHERE LAYERS OF EXISTING ECOSYSTEM, CULTURAL HERITAGE, VERNACULAR PRACTICES, ETC., BECAME PART OF MORE COMPLEX SYSTEM OF CO-EXISTANCE WITH A NEW FUNCTIONS INSTEAD OF "ERASE-AND-DRAW" APPROACH, WICH IS NOT APPLICABLE ANYMORE ON OUR SMALL, DENCE, FINITE PLANET.
