Neglecting our architectural tendency to puriness, in this project we cosciousnessly took postmodernist approach, wich was necessary to overcome rotten remains of impoverished modernism wich was reigning at housing this year.

To overcome paleness of soviet palette and kitch of post-soviet, we also implemented dark grey color, which beacme the key trend in high-quality Belarusian architecture for next 10 years.

A100 Development
This 5-houses block became the turnpint for the best among largest Belarusian residential developers. By complex elaboration of master-plan, landscape, architecture and public interiors in a strict frame of industrialised post-soviet development, we've made step beyond in the field of affordable housing, and I hope this step helped A100 to guide it's future.

Forest IS a best place for rest, best workspace, best creative environment - you have only add some layers: walkways, wich are also seats, sheds to protect you from rain and wind, lamellas to cut out excessive sunlight form your screen. Precise mapping of each tree and bluberry bush gave me an initial form, and some form elaboration I performed to make less simpler to percieve.
After precise mapping, we've found bow-and-arrow-like clearance in the forest, wich became basic form of pavillion.

It took it's shape, wrapping such functions as auditorium (you may find this stepped form in a lot of my designs, because, after MVRDV's The Why Factory and Axel Schultes/Charlotte Frank Federal Chancellery of Germany building, I think this ancient greek-referring form became a metaphor for enlightened public discussion in any field), smaller workspaces and lodges, while other terrytory remain natural landscape with small box-like kitchen/barbewue pavillion.
